HOW WE HELP

Make the next stage of growth work for the whole business

Adding products, channels or capabilities changes more than the proposition. Customers need a coherent experience. Teams need clear decisions and ownership. Shared work needs somewhere to belong. We help you determine what needs to change, and what should remain different.

The problems we help solve

  • Disconnected journeys

Onboarding and service experiences vary across products. Customers encounter different rules and handoffs where they expect one business.

  • Unclear ownership

Shared services and capabilities are scattered between teams. Responsibilities, dependencies and service expectations are hard to coordinate.

  • Competing roadmaps

Products compete for the same specialist teams. Roadmap commitments can exceed capacity or obscure the dependencies that determine what can actually change.

  • Useful difference or friction?

Different customers, economics and control requirements can justify different choices. We help distinguish useful product variation from avoidable friction.

01 / ASSESSMENT

A focused assessment

We agree one executive concern and a practical boundary: perhaps onboarding across two products, ownership of a shared service or a roadmap constrained by the same specialist teams.

We examine the available customer and operating evidence, speak with the people involved and test competing explanations. We do not arrive with centralisation, a new platform or AI already chosen as the answer.

You receive

  • A clear account of the most important friction, supported by evidence and its limits.

  • Priorities and decisions about what should change, with immediate next steps.

  • The measures, owners and further validation needed to act confidently.

The assessment stands on its own. You can take the recommendations forward internally, with another specialist or through a separately scoped engagement with us.

02 / STRATEGY & DESIGN

Strategy and design for the selected change

Where further work is useful, we develop the chosen change into a practical design. This is separately scoped, with outputs agreed before starting:

  • A connected customer journey across products or channels.

  • Shared versus product-specific capabilities, responsibilities and service expectations.

  • Ways of working and decision rules across product, design, engineering and operations.

  • A sequenced transition roadmap with dependencies, capacity and business-as-usual safeguards.

Implementation remains with your team. Ongoing programme management and production engineering are not assumed parts of the engagement.

03 / HOW WE WORK

How an engagement works

Work directly with Tarra and Jeroen at the diagnosis, design and executive decision touchpoints agreed in your proposal.

01. Start with the decision

Agree the concern, scope and decision to make, together with the people, evidence and constraints needed to investigate it.

02. Follow the customer and the work

Examine journeys, handoffs, responsibilities, systems, capacity and roadmap commitments across product boundaries. Test explanations against the evidence.

03. Decide what should be shared

Assess what should be shared, coordinated or retained within products. Clearer ownership or a better workflow may matter more than a new central team or platform.

04. Make the transition practical

Make dependencies, capacity limits and trade-offs explicit. Identify what to stop or defer, with outcome reviews and safeguards for the business already running.

A structured method with senior judgement

Our 8S framework considers Systems, Speed, Service, Scale, Synergy, Stability, Sense and Spirit. It organises the investigation; it is not a validated health score or a substitute for evidence. AI can support analysis or form part of an opportunity, but it is not the required answer.

The eight dimensions help us examine how technology, decisions, customer experience and people work together, and where growth creates friction. Explore the Stravus 8S framework.

PRACTICAL QUESTIONS

Questions before we start

Is the assessment useful without further work?

Yes. It provides a standalone diagnosis, priorities and next decisions, with evidence gaps made clear.

Will we work with both leaders?

Yes, at the diagnosis, design and executive decision touchpoints agreed in the proposal.

Do you run implementation?

We help define and design the change. Implementation remains with your team; further work is separately scoped.
