Our Founder

Jeroen van Amerongen, founder of Stravus and author of The Great Transformation, has spent over two decades guiding businesses through transformation. His experience spans large corporations, scale-ups, and startups, giving him a deep understanding of how each operates and differs. From consulting with global tech companies across Europe and Australia, to running his own trading, investing, and advisory business - built while balancing life as a stay-at-home dad- Jeroen has seen firsthand what it takes to modernise, scale, and future-proof a business.

He brings a well-rounded business perspective, with hands-on experience across transformation design and delivery, program, project, and product management. Combined with master’s degrees in International Business, Jeroen blends rigorous theory with practical know-how, making him uniquely positioned to guide SMEs through complex change.
